- Background: Ildar has had a varied 30 year career in the automotive industry. He began as a mechanic of the factory racing team at the Moscow Automobile Plant. He then went on to start his own tuning company and later became editor-in-chief of the largest Russian tuning magazine. In 2018 he joined the Garage Gurus team as an advisor and technical trainer.
ALEXANDER SCHERBAKOV

- Background: Alexander has a career in the automotive industry spanning more than a decade. He began as a mechanic before moving on to be the technical and warranty manager at the largest dealership in the Saint-Petersbrurg region. He now covers the same area as a part of the Garage Gurus team.
EUGENE RYKOV

- Background: Eugene holds a Ph.D degree in technical sciences. He has been working in the automotive industry for nearly half a century. His career began earning himself a degree in mechanical engineering, specialising in vehicle research and development. His first engineering role was a body section lead engineer at the Central Auto & Auto Engine Research and Development Institute, before moving on to be a senior engineer and senior lecturer at the Automechanical University in Moscow. Eugene latterly had several roles with Renault including, technical coordinator, chief of training and chief of new technologies implementation. He joined the Garage Gurus team in 2018 and offers technical training Onsite for independent workshops.

From here Colin has had several roles within the industry spanning service manager, operations manager and group operations director. Over his time, he has built up a wealth of experience working for a broad range of companies in the automotive industry. Colin joined the Garage Gurus team in 2019.

He then progressed to Systems Technician and Team Leader roles before moving to the Garage Gurus, taking up the role of product trainer in 2021.
